Eating good food won't make you fit AT all. Heck, I eat healthy and I'm still a bit overwieght, but not enough to be a pain in the butt. Football helped immensly, and taking a PE class and working my ass off has made me loose an immense amount of wieght over the last few months. Try it, it really helps. I'm not trying to slam you or anything, but, eh Drinking water vs. pepsi does help, I never found that crap addicting and haven't had one for months.
