Well, for the first time in a long time I haven’t had Pepsi at all today (well like 6oz at lunch, but that was a mistake). Why? Because, while water is better, I never found one that tasted right - until last night we found some Nestlé Pure Life flavored water, 0 carbs, 0 sugar (splenda)!
It’s AMAZING and I like the lemon and orange flavors (like orange more) so we’ve bought a ton of it and I take it to school with me and drink them at home, and a whole bottle of lemon lasted til after school today - it’s great, my mom even offered me a 20oz Pepsi she had sitting in the fridge, and to her surprise I said I didn’t want it!
Trust me larry, I’ve learned the hard way over several years. Eating good food won’t make you fit AT all. Heck, I eat healthy and I’m still a bit overwieght, but not enough to be a pain in the butt. Football helped immensly, and taking a PE class and working my ass off has made me loose an immense amount of wieght over the last few months. Try it, it really helps. I’m not trying to slam you or anything, but, eh Drinking water vs. pepsi does help, I never found that crap addicting and haven’t had one for months.

They have a new thing over here: Diet Coke, with Cherry. I haven’t tried it but it’s supposed to be just like Cherry Coke with a horrible after-taste.
Cherry Coke tastes ok, but idk about diet…
All sodas have a horrible aftertaste.
