After I saw Child’s Play 3 on TV last week I suddenly caught interest again in all the “Chucky” movies, and went out and rented Seed of Chucky and today I went and got Bride of Chucky.
I thought both these movies were awesome, they’re in the horror genre - so if you’re not a huge fan of gory horror flicks, then don’t go and watch these movies, I wouldn’t have either because when I was 6yrs old mom rented Child’s Play (the movie that started it all) and we both watched it and both of us had nightmares, and I just recently caught interest in them again after seeing 3 on TV.
Anyways, I watched these in the wrong order but I still got the story, Seed of Chucky is about Chucky and Tiffanys’ son - Glen, who is a pacifist unlike his mother and father, not gonna give away much more than that because I want you to go see the movie. On the other hand, Bride of Chucky starts out with Tiffany (Jennifer Tilly) in human form, and not long into the movie - Chucky kills her and puts her soul into a doll that Tiffany had bought Chucky, again no more from me because these movies are must sees.
Just thought I’d give them a quick review after finishing Bride of Chucky. Next up is Child’s Play 1 and 2, and maybe if I can find it - I’ll buy a boxed set of Child’s Play 1, 2, and 3, Bride of Chucky, and Seed of Chucky. If anybody comes across this set online please give me a link :).

Some people saw my status message two nights ago that said I was sleeping in my aunt’s room, well nobody asked why, so I’ll let you all know because I can’t think of anything else to do while I wait for the UPS man to deliver my 12″ PowerBook.
Ok, I was laying in bed, using my PowerBook as usual around 10PM and all of a sudden *crack - BOOM* I’m in the middle of my bed - how did this happen? My bed frame (aka my futon) collapsed on the one side and I ended up almost folded in the middle of the bed, so after letting my mom know that we now need a new bed frame that is being delivered today - I had to find out where I was going to sleep.
Using my (no comments on this) ever so smart brain powers (heh), I went down in the basement, grabbed my sleeping bag and came upstairs grabbed my pillows and bed wedge (I have to use one to keep my head up or I get heartburn) and woke Mer up and said I was “bunking” with her tonight - she of course had no problems with it because she really loves me, anyways, last night after skoker came over and we got the damn thing out to the road after a lot of hammering and cracking and getting wood all over the floor which I later vacuumed up - we finished and now until the frame gets delivered (in about two hours from now - 8:25) my mattress is on the floor and that’s where I slept last night - mmm floor is good 
but yeah, that’s the skinny on the last two days. My PowerBook comes today via UPS, thanks a lot Adam. Figured I’d blog now instead of later, because I’ll be busy with my new PowerBook. Sorry for the major lack of updates, but I’ve been planning and setting up everything for my new site that fits in very well with my blog’s name, GeniusBar. It’s a site that I found via Caf?¬©Macs and the owner was going to shut it down - I purchased it and got it running again.
Anyways enough about that - let’s move on to the big story of today besides the brand new Windows 2000 virus that shuts down your mobo. Today as you may or may not remember is the day that stupid ass Henrico County had their $50 iBook sale TODAY from moving it from August 6th, anyways, it’s been all over the news and websites today - people got INJURED and BEATEN etc just to get a G3 iBook. Now before somebody attacks me - I was planning on going before Henrico changed it to residents and tax payers only, I just wanted one to mod it, but anyways…back to the story, people not only got beaten, or even trampled on including somebody who brought their 1 YEAR OLD child in a stroller with her.
I know what you all are thinking, that’s horrible and stupid and these Henrico people must be bigger fanboys than I am - but one woman who didn’t want to give up her place in line PISSED HERSELF! Thanks to me asking Paul he released the modified WP template that he uses on his site for the public - it’s called Rena and I plan to be using it for a while now.
