J.O.B.

During dinner, a call came in - mom answered the phone and handed it to me, here is the conversation:

Boss: “Hey Larry, are you still looking for work?”
Me: “Yes, if you have anything available that’d be great.”
Boss: “Can you come in tonight, until about 8:30?”
Me: “Sure, that’d be great!”

(more miscelaneous stuff).

But the good part is I get to go into WORK, and make some MONEY! Eventhough it won’t be a shit load it’s still friggin money! Money is money and money is good no matter how much.

But I was actually gonna make a huge entry with updates and such but I felt this was more important than what I was originally going to say…

EDIT: Don’t ask me exactly what I’m doing, because I won’t know until I get there, but it IS at a restaurant so it’s either bus boy or washing dishes, but hey isn’t that everybodys first job? :P

List of all owned domain names

People have asked me how many domain names I own, some say I’m a “collector” thank you smash ;) and well to make the rest of you STFU, I went through my two domain registrars and made a nice little list.

Most of these domains were at one time hosted, then terminated because I lost interest, some are on the block for future development, and some are just for “collection” like maryfritz.com (my grandma who passed) and myrnaseifert.com (her twin sister who is still alive). Google Talk and AIM users!

AOL and Jabber announced (on April 14th this year) they have formalized server-to-server communication between their clients. Google Talk is based on Jabber — could Google take advantage of this agreement to allow some kind of interoperability between Gtalk and AIM?

How Yahoo Got Its Mojo Back

“A handful of blog-evangelists, a couple of key buys and some libertarian friendly moves have turned Yahoo from a dot.has.been to the new darling of the chattering classes. It is only a matter of time when mainstream media rediscovers Yahoo, and a stock market resurgence follows..”
