Update: I’m once again rethinking my decision, read this comment.
Update 2: I decided, this is a needs vs. wants issue - I don’t need a new Mac so I’m going to save whatever money I make from the Ti and use it for other things! (imagines sighs of relief from pissed off commenters).
Well in a followup to this entry - I’m now not so sure I want that 15″ PowerBook that I was talking about, because I just noticed the following, I can get this:

I’m really excited I can get an iMac for that price, and well it has slightly better specs I’m still wanting a laptop (I’m not a big fan of desktops), so I’m actually asking for an opinion:
iMac or PowerBook?
Well I just woke up (I think I am getting pneumonia) and missed the whole “fun new products” announcements. Well here’s an update:
• New Mac mini (Core Solo)
• iPod HiFi (Suped up stereo)
• Leather iPod Case (Vegans upset)
Now, everybody predicted the Intel Mac mini, but other than this - these announcements were total bullshit! That and now the Mac mini is out of the $500 price range with the basic model being $599. Apple totally got too much hype and these disappointing products disappoint me, and I’m sure I’m not alone - anyways that’s all I have a dr appt later, so I’m gonna be like an 80’s haircut and GET OUT!
She’s doin’ really well for what she had done (right hip replacement surgery) and she’s not in much pain at all, we’ve been going every night this week staying for about 2 hrs each time, and I’m about to go back and stay with her for a little bit after already being there 2 hrs today :p - I love going there, and talking with the residents, and hanging out with Mer and her friends (she’s made quite a few in there) and all the nurses love her, they think she’s so cute and they missed her, well off to the Waters - see ya!

Well Apple finally sold it’s 1 Billionth song last night. The song was ”Speed of Sound” by Coldplay.
The winner was Alex Ostrovsky from West Bloomfield, Michigan. That lucky terd gets a 20″ iMac (not specified if it’s a G5 or Intel), 10 5th Generation iPods (5 white and 5 black), and a $10,000 iTunes Music Card!
Sadly I didn’t participate in this contest, because last time I did that mom got mad cuz she had like $100 worth of song purchases on her Visa *oops :P*.
