Today is the One Year anniversary of the release date of Mac OS X Tiger 10.4 - whoda think it’s been a year already, I was at the release party for my store and boy was Tiger impressive, even in it’s initial release.
Is there anybody still running Panther by choice out there, because you’re a year behind if you are :p, anyways we’ve come a long way.
Also, as a sidenote, it’s also the one year birthday of many Mac’s including Katie’s to which she baked an Apple cake for the occasion:

Tell me what’s wrong with this picture?
Or anybody else interested, in case you don’t know we were having a video making “contest” to a song, and I’ve made one previously and so did he, so I fired up QT Pro and plugged in my iSight and made another one, using the whole song this time, I think it’s funny.
Without further adieu:

I’ve decided instead of using a content preview and making you click on the story to read the full thing to make my RSS feed full content.
There’s a few reasons:

It makes it look busy

Well with me being absent and all I couldn’t get a post about the new 17″ MacBook Pro’s. The stock configuration starts at $2,799 w/shipping (online) and tax.
Here’s the config:
17-inch widescreen display
1680 x 1050 resolution
2.16GHz Intel Core Duo(1)
1GB (single SODIMM) 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM
120GB 5400-rpm Serial ATA hard drive
8x double-layer SuperDrive
ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 with 256MB GDDR3 memory
One FireWire 400, one FireWire 800, and three USB 2.0 ports
They’re very nice looking, although the price tag is a tad too big for me, although I’m more focused on the Rev. B 15″ MacBook Pro - so unless the 17″ gets a price drop or considerably better when I get a new Mac it’ll be the 15″ MBP.
