It seems Nadim is going through some tough times:
Nadim Kobeissi is a teenage boy living in Beirut, Lebanon. He has a special affinity and talent for web design, and is also an avid Macintosh user. Nadim is a very kind individual, and is a well-respected member of several online communities, where many people worldwide have come to know him and his work.

This is me being in a giving mood, so take advantage of it.
I’ve decided why not give away $20 worth of music to Apple’s iTunes Music Store, so you can buy some music/videos (not sure if it works on videos) on me!
What do you have to do to get the gift certificate, well you have to do something for me. What exactly? Be creative, and the most creative thing I see from somebody will have the redeem link emailed to them by me. 
You can make me something, make a photoshop image, cartoonize me, make me a video - bake me a cake (I’ll give you my address), anything you may think I’ll think is really creative and worth sending you the $20 iTMS Gift Certificate.
So get creating/making/baking/doing and there’s no real deadline for this, but the sooner you get creative the sooner you have the chance to beat out somebody else!
